西黄软胶囊中胆酸的含量测定
West yellow soft capsule in the gall of acid content determination
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish the yellow soft capsule in the gall of acid content determination method. Methods: the TLC scanning, chromatography conditions: silica gel G board, for different silanes on agent Michael essien-butyl acetate acid (8- glacial acetic acid, 4∶2∶1), 30% ethanol for sulfuric acid solution chromogenic in 105 ℃, baked about 5 min show color, scanning the wavelength: lambda s=380 nm, lambda R=650 nm. Results: in TLC conditions of the product, and bile acid reference substance in the same position is obviously the same color spots, and the negative control product without the spots, and the average recovery is 98.92%, RSD % to 1.69%. Conclusion: the method is simple, feasible, and strong specificity, repeatability is good, can be used for the quality control of the yellow soft capsule.关键词
