摘要
Abstract
[ Objective l this study was intended to study soiI respiration characteristics at typicaI mountain - basin Iandscape in different Iand use patterns, to provide data support for understanding the carbon cycIing in arid areas. [ Method l SoiI respiration was monitored both in naturaI and agricuIturaI practise by LI -8l00 carbon fIux measurement system at two growth periods in a typicaI desert - oasis transition zone in north Xinjiang. [ Result l The resuIts showed that the diurnaI variation of soiI respiration under different vegetation cover is unimodaI curve* and the highest respiration rate appears at l400-l600 in a day* the minimum vaIue occurs at 200 -400 The average respiratory rate of soiI during the pIants fIorescence is significantIy higher than that in phase of decIine The trend of daiIy variation of 0-5, 5-l0, l0-20 cm soiI temperature is very cIose with that of soiI respiration. [ conclusion l The characteristics of soiI respiration differs greatIy among different Iand use/cover types. SoiI temperature was a key factor affecting soiI respiration.关键词
