HIV/AIDS患者脉象与中医证候的多重对应分析
Multiple correspondence analysis of association between traditional Chinese medical syndromes and pulse manifestations of HIV/AIDS patients

Abstract
Aim: To explore the application of multiple correspondence model in the association between traditional Chinese medical (TCM) syndromes and pulse manifestations in HIV/AIDS patients. Methods: Multistage random cluster sampling technique was used to select 1 277 HIV/AIDS patients from 5 counties in Henan province. The information of physical examination and questionnaire was collected. Results: Multiple correspondence model of pulse manifestation and excessive syndrome showed that Cronbachs Alphas were 0. 559 and 0. 241 , and eigenvalues were 2. 011 and 1. 277 in two dimensions. Syndrome of dampness-heat accumulated interior was related with sunken pulse, weak pulse and feeble pulse. Syndrome of dampness-heat and accumulated-toxin was related with rapid pulse and slippery pulse. Syndrome of accumula-ted-pathogen skin was related with thready pulse. Syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation wag related with stringy pulse. Multiple correspondence model of pulse manifestation and deficiency syndrome showed that Cronbach's Alphas were 0.558 and 0.242, and eigenvalues were 2.010 and 1.279 in two dimensions. Syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi was related with sunken pulse, feeble pulse and weak pulse. Syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen qi was related with stringy pulse and slippery pulse. Syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood were related with thready pulse. Conclusion: Multiple correspondence analysis can reveal the relationship between TCM syndromes and pulse manifestations in HIV/AIDS patients effectively, and pulse manifestations should be included while establishing the diagnosis criterion of TCM syndromes of HIV/AIDS.关键词
