Abstract
In the redesigned straightener, the structure without supporting roller is adopted, the AGC hydraulic cylinder for pressure control is installed and a device for pressing the warped head of the strip steel is mouted at the entrance to solve the problems that the structure of the existing hot straighteners is unreasonable, the mechanical pressure control is not accurate, the quantity of rolls is too much, the head of the strip steel is warped and the straightening force is so big. The new straightener not only eliminated the warped head of the strip steel, but also improved the one-time passing rate of the hot straighter. It effectively improved the strip steel quality.关键词
