摘要

Abstract

In view of straightener for small billet (R9 m, 170 ±30 mm section) CCM, Solidworks Cosmo-sworks finite element analytical plugin is adoopted to calibrate structural strength of the withdrawal straightener, and further optimization for the withdrawal straightener is implemented. Solidworks Cosmosfloworks fluid plugin is used to conduct the flow and heat exchange simulation for the cooling water system in the withdrawal straightener The method eliminated the phenomena of stagnant water and the small flow flux of cooling-water system, reduced the testing cost at the greatest extent, and improved the quality of products.
