微种植体支抗改善露龈微笑的效果
Effects of microscrew anchorage on improving gummy smile
摘要
Abstract
Aim : To research the improving efficacy of mieroscrew anchorage for gummy smile. Methods: 10 patients with gummy smile were choosen to implant microscrews into each side between the 12,13,22,23 near the roots, connected the mieroscrew and the incisor with coil spring,0.735 N force each side was aplied immediately. Results:The average period of treatment was (5.6 ±3.0) months. The gummy smile was improved. There were significantly changes in Ul-SN , U1-NA,L1-NB,IIA,U1/PP,L1/MP,HL-NB, UL-EL, and LL-EL compared with those pretreatment. Point A was retracted in Tl and stability in T2. But OB was relaps in T2. Conclusion: Mieroscrew could be an effective method for improving gummy smile.关键词
