Abstract
Aim: To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κBP65 (NF-kBP65) protein in human gastric carcinoma tissue, precarcinoma changes, and normal gastric mucous tissue. Methods:NF-κBP65 protein were detected in 20 cases of normal gastric mucous, 32 cases of gastric dysplasia and 63 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue specimens using imrau-nohistochemistry. Results:There was significant difference on positive expression rate of NF-κBP65 protein among gastric carcinoma(74.6% , 47/63) , gastric dysplasia(46. 9% ,15/32) and normal gastric mucous(5.0% ,1/20) tissues(X2 = 34.795,P < 0. 001 ). The expression of NF-kBP65 protein in gastric carcinoma tissue was associated with histological grade, invasive depth and lymph node metastasis (X2 = 6. 426,6. 682,and 5. 416,P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion; NF-kBP65 might be correlated with occurrence, invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.关键词
