摘要

Abstract

Aim:To detect the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor-lα( HIF-1α) ,chemokine receptor7( CCR7) and vascular endothelial growth factor C( VEGF-C) protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( ESCC) tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of HIF-lα,CCR7 ,and VEGF-C in 45 cases of ESCC and their adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissue. Results:The positive expression rate of HIF-lα,CCR7 , and VEGF-C in ESCC tissue was 55.6% ,71. 1% and 64.4% ,higher than those (11. 1% ,17.8% ,and 35.6% ) in adjacent normal e-sophageal mucosa tissue (x2 = 16. 409,17. 633 , and 6. 261, P < 0. 05 ). The expressions of HIF-1α, CCR7, and VEGF-C were related with pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of ESCC(P<0.05). The expression of HIF-1 a was positively associated with that of CCR7 ,and that of CCR7 was positively associated with that of VEGF-C ( rp =0. 303 , rp = 0.409, P<0.05) in ESCC tissue. Conclusion: The increased expressions of HIF-lα,CCR7 ,and VEGF-C may promote the invasion and lymph node metastasis of ESCC.
