摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC ) method for determining the content of hydrox-ysafflor A( HYSA ) in Fuyang capsule. Methods Hypersil ODS was applied with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0. 7% phosphoric acid ( 20: 2: 78 ) and UV detection wavelength of 403 nm. The content of HYSA in Fuyang capsule was determined by HPLC method. Results HYSA showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1. 38 - 13. 8 μg. The average recovery was 101. 83% and RSD was 0. 2% ( n =5 ). Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable,and could be used for the quality control of the Fuyang capsule.关键词
