Orthogonal design Huang Jui-effective parts of Pelargonium group back extraction
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the effective fractions of Geranium Huang Rui best back extraction process. METHODS: The extraction of total flavonoids and Daphnetin rate evaluation index, a composite score for data processing, the use of orthogonal investigated concentration of ethanol, alcohol consumption, reflux time, reflux times on the extraction effect. Results: Huang Rui geraniol effective fractions of the best reflux extraction process as follows: plus 12 times the amount of 80% ethanol, refluxed three times, each time 1 h. Conclusion: The extraction process designed, reliable, good extraction.关键词
