响应面法优化益母草中总生物碱提取工艺

Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloid in motherwort. Method: The effect of three key factors for the yield of total alkaloid in motherwort such as concentration of alcohol, distilled time and volume of alcohol, were analysed by one-factor-at-a-time-technique method and response surface methodology. Result: The yield model for extracting total alkaloid in motherwort was build, the variance of model is 0.99512, which shows that the model is remarkable, and the best conditions gained: the concentration of alcohol is 96%, the distilled time is 2.7 h, the volume of alcohol is 352 mL. Conclution: The extraction yield of total alkaloid in motherwort is 0.186%.关键词
