摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the major issue and the strategy of community health service information system ( CHSIS ) construction. Methods Based on the experience at home and abroad, the major issues which hinder the development of CHSIS were analyzed, and the relevant strategies were discussed. Results The major issues involved the resources distribution, software selection, patients' health record, standardization, health information security, and resident participation. Conclusion The government, administrative department of health, community health care organization, software developer , and community residents should cooperate in order to establish a comprehensive CHSIS that is stable, standardized, well o-pening, safe, and extendable.关键词
