苯巴比妥治疗癫痫发作技术在基层卫生机构应用的卫生经济学分析
Health Economics Analysis on Administration of Phenobarbital for Patients with Epileptic Seizures in the Primary Health Institutions

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect and cost on the use of Phenobarbital as an appropriate health technology in the treatment of epileptic seizures in the primary health institutions, so as to provide some theory support for the promotion of the health technology. Methods Totally 164 patients with epilepsy from 3 township hospitals of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were randomly assigned to the appropriate technology group and conventional technology group from July to August of 2010, and the therapeutic effects and costs of the two therapies were investigated. Results The cure rate and recovery rate were 18. 5% and 71. 6% in the appropriate technology group, and 20. 3% and 65. 8% in the appropriate technology group; the average daily drug costs were respectively RMB 0. 199 yuan and 2. 838 yuan in the two groups. And the total cost of conventional technology group was 7. 26 times that of the appropriate technology for achieving the same therapeutic effect. Conclusion The appropriate technique of employing Phenobarbital for treatment of epileptic seizures is of good effect, so a great effort should be made to assure its popularization.关键词
