甲状腺乳头状癌中磷酸化蛋白激酶B和PTEN蛋白的表达及意义
The Expression and Role of p-AKT and PTEN Protein in Human Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and role of p - AKT and PTEN protein and their clinicopathologi-cal significance in human papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of p - AKT and PTEN protein was detected in 40cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 20 cases of normal tissues by PV -6001/6002 two - step immunohistochemistry. The correlations between p - AKT and PTEN protein expression, and the relationship between their expressions and the clinicopathologi-cal features were analyzed. Results The expression of p - AKT in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P <0. 01 ), while the expression of PTEN protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal tissues ( P < 0. 01 ) . Expression of p - AKT and PTEN protein showed significant difference with different TNM stage, serous membrane invasion and lymph node metastasis ( P < 0. 05 ) . Expression of p - AKT and PTEN protein showed no significant difference with different patients' age and different carcinoma diameter ( P >0. 05 ) . The expression of p - AKT was negatively correlated with the expression of PTEN protein ( r = - 0. 325 , P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The expression of p - AKT and PTEN may be correlated with the carcinogenesis and development of thyroid carcinoma. Detecting the expression of p - AKT and PTEN protein would be of great clinical significance to evaluate malignant degree and prognosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.关键词
