颅内外动脉狭窄支架植入手术前后血清胱抑素C水平变化及对动脉再狭窄的影响

Abstract
Objective This paper describes the change of serum cystatin C ( Cys - C ) brought by the stent implantation for intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis and the influence to restenosis. Methods The stent implantation ( 2008- 2010 ) for 47 patients with intracranial or extracranial arterial stenosis were chosen. We recheck the Digital Subtraction Angiogra-phy ( DSA ) 6 ~ 12 months after the stent implantation, detect the 3 d Cys - C before and after the operation and the Cys - C when the DSA was rechecked. Then we compare and analyze the Cys - C of the restenosis group and that of the normal group. Results The rechecking of the DSA 6 ~ 12 months after the operation showed that 21 patients ( 44. 7% ) had restenosis, among which in 13 cases, the rate of restenosis was less than 50% , in 8 cases the rate was no less than 50% , 26 patients had no obvious restenosis. Compared with the normal group, before and after the operation, the 3 d Cys - C of the restenosis group had no statistical significance ( P > 0. 05 ) . The 3 d Cys - C of both the restenosis group and the normal group were higher than that before the operation ( P < 0. 05 ); the Cys - C of the restenosis group was higher than that of the normal group, when the DSA was rechecked 6 ~ 12 months after the operation ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The increase of Cys - C after the stent implantation may be related to restenosis, which might become an index to analyze the relapse of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.关键词
