摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the non-genetic influential factors of the reproduction traits of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster. Methods The reproduction data of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster in 2001 -2010 were assessed by analysis of variance ( ANOVA ). Results The year of birth and the fetal times had statistically significant influence on litter size( P <0. 01 ), and other 4 fixed influence had no significant influence on litter size. The fetal times had statistical influence on weaning numbers( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The study may provide some foundations to improve the reproduction status of Chinese hamster.关键词
