摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of regular follow-up on lite compliance of elderly patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Altogether 122 elderly paiierits aged over 60 after PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were followed up at the 1st 3rd, 6th and 12th month respectively after discharge by telephone to provide instructions and advice. Patients in control group were followed up only at. The 12th month. The compliance of patients in two groups was compared. Results Patients in observation group showed belter compliance in behaviors such as oral drug usage and proper exercise than those in control group did. Conclusion Regular follow-ups are essential for the improvement of compliance of elderly patients after PCI.关键词
