社区中老年人群高尿酸血症的调查及社区护理干预研究
Survey of hyperuricemia in middle-aged and elderly people in community and study on community nursing intervention for them

Abstract
Objective:To know about the epidemiological situation of hype-ruricemia in people over 30 years old in the region,and probe into the intervention effect of community care. Methods: By using cluster in combined with the random sampling method, permanent residents over 30 years old in three neighborhoods in Ronggui region were investigated by questionnaire, physical and related biochemical indexes detect. Results: Prevalence of hy-peruricemia in residents in Ronggui region was 30. 3%; its prevalence in men was 42. 1% ,which was much higher than that in the women (20. 2%)(P<C0. 01); in the aspect of age, the prevalence was the highest in men from 30 years old to 39 years old and 60 years old to 69 years old, which were respective 46. 0% and 45. 7%;the prevalence in people above college level was the highest, which was 40. 3 % , second to illiterate group was 38. 4 % ; related analysis showed that age, gender, smoking, drinking, supper, tea, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, SBP、 DBP、 TC、TG were positive correlation with uric acid (P<C0. 01). Conclusion: Prevalence ofhyperuricemia in people over 30 years old is higher, and it is related to a variety of controllable factors. To carry out the community care comprehensive intervention has important significance for reducing the prevalence of hyperuricemia关键词
