摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the effect of new nano-composite materials on dogs mandibular alveolar bone defect. Methods 3 bone defects of 5 mm x 5 mm x 5 mm size were surgical prepared in 6 adult mongrel dogs in the mandibular premolar and first molar buccal. Bone defects were placed in new nano-composite materials and mixtures of autologous platelet-rich plasma ( A group ), the new nano-composite material ( B group ), and had no any material control ( C group). Based on gross observation, radiographic and histological evaluation of experimental results. Results Three groups of new bone formation was not obvious for 2 weeks, no significant difference was found between the three groups; A,B groups of new bone formation was better than that in C group for 4, 12 weeks, in particular, new bone formation in 12 weeks. Conclusion New nano-composite materials can effectively promote the regeneration of canine mandibular alveolar bone, material with adding autologous platelet-rich plasma is more evident.
