摘要
Abstract
The oplical and eleclroluminescenl(EL)properlies of organic lighl emilling devices(OLED)wilh a coupled microcavily(CMC) slruclure were invesligaled. CMC is a kind of complicated microcavily. The modeled oplical and luminescent properlies of the CMC is simplified by Irealing the passive cavily as a bollom mirror, and consislenl wilh the measured results. The EL speclral radiance of the CMC in the normal direclion was enhanced by a faclor of 3. 6 al peak of 502 nm, 5. 6 al peak of 550 ran, and 0. 5 al the whole speclrum region comparing wilh the normal OLED driving al ihe same current density. The highest current efficiency and luminance of 7. 0 cd/A and 22 660 cd/m2 for the CMC were obtained in the normal direclion, comparing with those of 4. 2 cd/A and 13 600 cd/m for the non-cavity OLED.关键词
