Abstract
Objective To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for Vinpocetine Injection. Methods According to the appendix XI E in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2005, Vol II), the samples from different batch numbers were performed the interference test and bacterial endotoxin test. Results The high concentration of Vinpocetine Injection had the interference effect on the tachypleus amebocyte lysate(TAL) and the agglutination reaction of bacterial endotoxin. The interference was eliminated after dilution. Conclusion The noninterference concentration of Vinpocetine Injection is 0. 125 g/L. The bacterial endotoxin test could be used to control the quality of this preparation.关键词
