Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standards of Huanghu Capsule. Methods Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati, Rhizoma coptidis, Radix sophorae tonkinensis, herba gentianae cephalanthae were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC).The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Results The spots of TLC were distinct and well separated. The negative sample had no interference. The linear regression for emodin was obtained over the range of 21. 84 - 109. 20 μg/mL( r =0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.32%, RSD = 1.87% (n = 6). Conclusion The established methods can be used for the identification and quantification of the preparation.关键词
