Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Xietingfeng Capsules. Methods The content of ma-trine was detected by HPLC. The operating conditions were Hypersil BDS Cis column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phaseconsisted of 0. 05 mol/L potassium phosphate monobasic solution - acetonitrile - methanol(94 : 5 : 1). The detection wavelength was at 205 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, external standard method was employed. Results The linear ranges was obtained between 0.128-2.56 μg, r = 0. 999 7( n = 5). The average recovery rate was 98.34% respectively with corresponding RSD of 1.12% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, rapid and reliable with good reproducibilty, which is appropriate to the determination accurate and reliable. Which can be used for the content determination of matrine in Xietingfeng Capsules.关键词
