生长猪菜籽饼粕消化能与能量消化率预测模型的研究
Prediction Models for Digestible Energy and Digestibility Coefficient of Energy of Rapeseed Meal for Growing Swine

Abstract
The relationships between chemical composition of rapeseed meal and digestible energy ( DE) or digestibility coefficient of energy (DCE) were investigated in order to establish relative prediction models for DE and DCE of rapeseed meal based on the chemical composition. A total of 12 crossbred barrows (Duroc × Landrace ×Large white) with an average initial body weight of (46. 37 ± 1. 53) kg were used in three 4×4 Latin square designs. The DE and DCE of 9 types of rapeseed meal were determined by total feces collection method and substitution method. The optimum prediction factors were selected to establish prediction equations for DE and DCE based on correlation relationship between DE or DCE and chemical composition including crude protein (CP) , ether extract (EE) , acid detergent fiber (ADF) , neutral detergent fiber (NDF) , crude fiber (CF), acid detergent lignin (ADL) , protein solubility (PS) , ash and gross energy (GE). The results showed that NDF was the best factor for predicting DCE, but ADF and NDF were the best factors for predic ting DE. The recommended prediction models for DE were DE = 16. 20 -0. 10 NDF (R2 =0. 63, RSD = 0.49, P <0. 05) and DE = 16.32 - 0. 15 ADF (R2 = 0. 63 , RSD = 0. 49, P < 0. 05). The recommended prediction models for DCE were DCE = 97. 27 - 0. 87 NDF (R2 = 0. 93, RSD = 1. 55, P < 0. 01) , DCE = 86. 61 -0.67 NDF + 0. 09 PS (R2 = 0.94, RSD = 1. 56, P < 0. 01). In conclusion, the prediction equation for DCE of rapeseed meals by chemical analysis had higher correlation index and fitting degree compared with the prediction equation for DE.关键词
