Elution of Engine Oil from Oily Sludge Using Surfactant
摘要
Abstract
Engine oil was removed from oily sludge by elution method with surfactant. The elution effects of 4 kinds of surfactants were studied. The experimental results show that: When Tween 80 with 100 mg/L of mass concentration is used as the eluant, the elution time is 4 h, the elution temperature is 25℃ and the solution pH is 6, the largest mass concentration of oil in the solution is 1 293.68 mg/L and the elution rate of oil in the oily sludge is 86. 25% ; The addition of inorganic ions will weaken the elution effect of surfactant on oily sludge as a whole, and the order of inorganic ion effects is Fe3+ ＜ F ＜ Ca2+ ＜ Na +.关键词
