摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to test the predatory effect of six species ladybird on Semiaphis heraclei Takahashi. [ Method] Predatory effects of six species of ladybirds like Harmonia octomaculata Fabricius, Denopie chinensis Weise, Aferwchilus sexmaculata Fabriciys, Phryno caria congener Billberg, Propylea japonica Thunberg and Cocdnella transversalU Fabricius on Semiaphis heraclei Takahashi were tested under indoor conditions. [ Result] There was a negative correlation between the density of 5. Heraclei and predatory rate of each head of six species of ladybirds on corresponding density of aphids. Predatory effects of these six species ladybird on S. Heraclei were coincident with Holling-II type response. The daily max potential predation number of each head of these six species of ladybirds on S. Heraclei was 159. 52, 193. 53, 129.57, 140.76, 120.20 and 147.34 heads, respectively, among them Denopie chinensis Weise showed large potentiality in controlling a phid. [ Conclusion] Denopie chinensis Weise adults could be taken as dominant species for controlling aphid, so they are worth protection and using.
