摘要

Abstract

The effects of 3 external carbon resources, such as glucose, starch and sodium acetate, on the biodegradation of flotation reagents in simulated ore milling wastewater by SBR process were studied. The experimental results show that: When the residence time is 2 h, the initial concentrations of aniline aerofloat ( dianilino dithiophosphoric acid ), xanthate ( sodium n-butyl-xanthate ), diethyldithiocarbamate (Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate trihydrate) are 120, 6, 3 mg/L respectively, and starch is used as the external carbon resource, the biodegradation effects of the 3 flotation reagents are the best with 96. 6% , 89. 8% , 76.9% of removal rates respectively, and the COD removal rate is 82. 3% ; The order of reaction rate constants of aniline aerofloat biodegradation with the 3 co-metabolism substrates is starch, glucose, sodium acetate (from large to small).
