摘要

Abstract

Inorganic ceramic membrane was used in the separation of sludge from the effluent of primary settling tank in caprolactam production wastewater treatment plant. The experimental results show that; The suspended solid and COD in the effluent can be removed by over 90% and 70% respectively. The mass concentration of SS in the treated effluent is below 1 mg/L and COD is below 100 mg/L. The foul membrane can be washed using NaOH solution with 5% of mass fraction, the membrane flux can be recovered by 89.3%.
