无机陶瓷膜MBR处理己内酰胺生产废水
Treatment of Caprolactam Wastewater Using MBR with Inorganic Ceramic Membrane
摘要
Abstract
Inorganic ceramic membrane was used in the separation of sludge from the effluent of primary settling tank in caprolactam production wastewater treatment plant. The experimental results show that; The suspended solid and COD in the effluent can be removed by over 90% and 70% respectively. The mass concentration of SS in the treated effluent is below 1 mg/L and COD is below 100 mg/L. The foul membrane can be washed using NaOH solution with 5% of mass fraction, the membrane flux can be recovered by 89.3%.关键词
