摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of utilization of the equipments with the development of smart grid, a new index named health-load index (HLI) is presented. Such index is based on the result of condition-based maintenance and traditional failure rate calculation. It can reflect both the asset health condition and asset utilization and thus can balance them. Moreover, based on such index, a dispatching strategy is presented and tested by a case of hand-in-hand connecting method. The test validates the idea of adaption between the health condition and the utilization of the transformers. Then a better network reconfiguration can be reached with the consideration of power loss which is a traditional index of economic dispatching. It has great meaning to the future intelligent dispatching.
