老年心脏病患者拔牙前后心电图指标的连续观察
Dental Extraction in Senile Patients with Heart Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To review the clinical understanding on dental extraction in elderly heart disease patients. Methods: 200 patients were consisted in this studied and their heart condition was recorded before and after extraction. Results: ST-T segment changes were found elevated after tooth extraction in 26 cases. 60 patients expressed abnormal heart rhythm. 3 related with auriculoventricular block, and extraction procedure cancelled in 8 patients due to heart problems. Conclusion: An evaluation of the situation must be based on a thorough investigation of the patient' s general health. Examination of the patient's local disease and general diseases must not be overlooked. Reduction of dental anxiety, EKG monitoring during operation, and lidocaine local anesthesia, are recommended.关键词
