摘要
Abstract
Web video monitoring has become an important mean for the society security. The design and implementation of client for web video monitoring based on B/S and H. 264 are elaborated. The method of receiving H. 264 data with RTP protocol, the video decoding and display of H. 264 and the application method of ActiveX component in video monitoring client are introduced. The experimental result shows that the client can achieve the real-time monitoring on remote place, and it s easy to use, suits for remote monitoring.关键词
