摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study aimed to research the biological characteristics of B. Carbonum Wilson. [ Method ] With strains of B. Carbo num Wilson as test materials, effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and temperatures on the growth of mycelia, and different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, temperatures, and pH values on the spore germination were tested. [ Result] The results showed that favora ble carbon sources for mycelium growth were soluble starch, sorbitol and xylose. Favorable nitrogen source for mycelium growth was potassium nitrate. The best temperature for mycelium growth was 26 ℃. Carbon sources suited for spore germination were sucrose, glucose and soluble starch. Nitrogen sources suited for spore germination were L-leucine, L-alanine and glycin. The best temperature and pH value suited for spore germination was 25 ℃ and 7. [Conclusion] The results could provide theoretical basis for the control of B. Carbonum Wilson.
