盐胁迫对二色补血草根系活力的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on Root Activity of Limonium bicolor (Bunge) Kuntze
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to research the change of root activity oi Umomum bicolor (Bunge) Kunlze under the treatments of different salt concn. , so as to provide the foundation for the study on the salt resistance of plant. [ Method] The halophilous plant L bicolor was treated with NaCl at 0, 100, 200 and 400 mmol/L, resp. After 14 d, 5 plants were taken from each treatment group to determine their physiological indexes such as the root biomass and root activity of the seedlings. [Result] With the increasing of the NaCl concn. , the dry and fresh weight, total length of root, surface area, root tip number, total volume and root activity of L. Bicolor were firstly increased, and then de creased, with the maximum value in the treatment group with 100 mmol/L NaCl and the maximum average diameter of root in the treatment group with 200 mmol/L NaCl. The total length of root, surface area, average diameter, total volume, root tip number, fresh weight and dry weight of L bicolor roots were all restrained obviously. [ Conclusion] L. Bicolor roots had some stress ability on salt stress and could keep the higher activity under the salt stress with low concn, but the root activity was decreased with the increased salt stress.关键词
