A Software Framework for Filtering Pornographic Web Images

Abstract
In order to prevent the Web browser from visiting Web pages and Web sites which contain pornographic images, a software framework on Windows client for filtering pornographic Web images is designed. The framework is based on Layered Service Provider of Winsock 2, and it is valid for both IE-kemel-based browsers and non-IE-kemel-based browsers, overcoming the defect of BHO-based software which is merely valid for IE-kemel-based browsers. Testing result shows that the software can filter pornographic Web images effectively. The framework is of reference value for the development of similar software.关键词
