基于系统动力学的大学教员职称晋升预测模型
Promotion Prediction Model on Teachers Professional Title in University with System Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
The paper builds the stock and flow diagrams about every element of impacting teachers promotion on the basis of aging chains and auxiliary flow line theory, establishes the prediction model with 4-step delay for teachers promotion in university to predict the professional title trend for teachers in university, and simulates with system dynamics software Vensim PLE 5.9. The simulation result shows that the model can predict the professional title promotion trend for university teachers and provide theoretical evidence and technical support for making occupational planning for teachers in university.关键词
