Abstract
Based on the hydraulic model test on the combined sluice-pump station project with a plane symmetric layout, the shape and suitable length of the guide wall for the joint-part of the combined sluice-pump station are deeply studied herein with the observations on the hydraulic parameters such as the flow pattern and velocity distribution near the guide wall, velocity nonu-niform coefficient of the featured section, water level difference between both the sides of the wall, the pressure fluctuation at the apron, etc. From the study, it is considered that the top of guide wall must be higher than the water surface, and then a suitable length of it is given as well.关键词
