摘要
Abstract
[Objective] A canine distemper virus in Jilin in isolated and identified, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of canine distemper. [ Method ] Vero cells suspected to be suffering from canine distemper Tibetan Mastiff virus isolated tissues were applied, and molecular virology was identified, and strains on the canine distemper virus hemagglutinin (H) gene sequence were expounded. [ Result] The strains of canine distemper virus as Asia- I type were determined and named as ZA10-JL. [ Conclusion ] The successful isolation of ZA10-JL provided a basis for further study, epidemiology on canine distemper virus.关键词
