Abstract
The physics have deeply promoted surface technology progress, so we discussed the electrical, magnetic, optical and other physical knowledge in the wide application of surface technology from the vacuum technology, plasma technology, laser technology and other several aspects of surface technology. It points out that the development of surface technology depends on the progress of physics and the progress of physics will, as always, play a decisive role in surface technological progress in the future.关键词
