低温胁迫对竹柏生理生化特征的影响
Effects of Cold Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Podocarpus nagi

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the introduction of Podocarpus nagi at cold stress. [ Method ] By measuring plasma mem brane permeability, the content of free praline, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde ( MDA) and chlorophyll, researched the Podocarpus nagi seedlings under normal temperature conditions (18 - 25 ℃ ) and low temperature (5 - 6℃ ). [ Result ] The plasma membrane permeabili ty , the content of free proline, soluble sugar and MDA in the leaves of Podocarpus nagi seedling increased after low temparature treatment for 5 days, compared with control; the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of Podocarpus nagi seedlings under cold stress decreased, compared with control. [Conclusion] Podocarpus nagi seedlings showed positive response to cold stress and increased their cold tolerance.关键词
