摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the storage characteristics and the genetic law of the mutant tomato fruit so as to provide the theoretical basis for the use of storage advantages in the mutant material of tomato during the breeding. [ Method ] The good storage index, fruit hardness and PG enzyme activity of the parent material and their reciprocal cross material were studied. [ Result] There had some relation on the storage property between the parent and the first filial generation, the storage index was between the parents and the genetic transmission ability of the female parent was stronger. [ Conclusion] The storage property could be improved through the cross breeding.
