In view of the problems such as inadequate health personnel in China' counties, communities and villages, as well as unsound structure of academic- degrees and academic titles, this paper learns from the experience abroad and discusses our thoughts on deepening continuing medical education and improving the comprehensive professional quality of doctors at grassroot-level hospitals.关键词
