豆粕中大豆异黄酮提取工艺研究
Study on the Extraction Technology of Isoflavones from Soybean Meal
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the extraction conditions of isoflavones from soybean meal. [ Method ] Based on single factor test, the ex traction conditions were optimized through L, (3 ) orthogonal test. [ Result ] The optimum extraction conditions were: 70% ethanol concentra tion, 75 'C temperature, 2 h extraction time and 20:1 liquid-solid ratio. [Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology was convenient and reasonable, which laid the foundation for the separation and purification of isoflavones and the development of its physiological activities.关键词
