Abstract

[Objective] The in vitro pharmacodynamics characteristics of florfenicol dual suspension emulsion (DSEF) were studied in an experiment. [Method] The florfenicol injection (FI) was used as the control group and five kinds of bacteria were used for in vitro antibacterial test to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimal bactericide concentration (MBC) and mutant selection window (MSW), respectively. The S.typhimurium was used for in vitro antibacterial test about post-antibiotic effect (PAE) and post-antibiotic sub-MIC effect (PASME), respectively. [Result] Compared with the ordinary injection, the MIC and MBC of DSEF for five kinds of bacteria showed no change obviously. But DSEF narrowed MSW obviously of five kinds of bacteria (p<0.01) and extended the PAE and PASME significantly of 5. Typhimurium (p<0.01). [Conclusion] DSEF could reduce the bacterial resistance risk and extend the time of its after effect obviously, thereby improved the antibacterial effect.
