摘要

Abstract

The relationships between mineral component features and lifting speed were comprehensively studied. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the slip speed of single particle is its settling velocity. When the water flow speed continues to increase more than its settling velocity, the slip velocity slowly decreases. At the same level of particles gradation, the transport speed increases with the increase of the volume fraction. When it reaches a certain critical value, the growth rate slows down. Different particles gradation has different influences on volume fraction, large dominant particle size distribution requires large speed and small dominant particle size distribution needs smaller speed.
