摘要

Abstract

The steels and concrete can express their characteristics adequately in apply of concrete-filled steel tube ( CFST) structures which have been used to the practical engineering widely. Basing on the elastic-plasticity theory,the software ABAQUS was used to do a three-dimension finite element numerical simulation to a multi-story CFST frame structure. The material and geometric nonlinear were considered, and the load versus displacements ( P-A) relation of the CFST frame was analyzed under monotonic loading. Some critical issues, such as the constitutive model of core concrete and steel, interface model of steel tube and concrete, were discussed. Numerical simulation and experimental results show good agreement.
