摘要

Abstract

The paper proceeded to the real-time simulation research on the temperature field and stress field during the welding process combined the numerical computation method, and put forward simulation analysis method for welding temperature field and stress field based on ANSYS. The established simulation analysis method of welding temperature field and stress field can provide theory foundation and guiding for optimizing the welding structure design and standardizing the welding parameter. The simulation analysis method can predict the thermo stress and residual stress in the welding process and provide foundation for further study.
