摘要

Abstract

The bond performance between ultraviolet-curing resin coating and core wire substrate is one of the substantial evaluation indexes of ultraviolet-curing non-metal wire saw, which is directly affecting its service life span. In this paper, a test method of adhesion strength between resin coating and core wire substrate based on pull-out method is described. The method not only can quantify the performance of interface combined strength but also can be used as normal combined performance test method for ultraviolet-curing non-metal wire saw because of simple sample, good repeatability and reliable test data.
