摘要

Abstract

In response to the low permeability, high formation water salinity features of Longdong Jurassic reservoir in Changqing oilfield, the applicable polymer micro gel displacement system has been developed and its properties are evaluated through the experiments with respect to rheology, salt resistance, shearing resistance and core displacement. These results indicate that: at 50 ℃, apparent viscosity of 1 500 mg/L polymer increases from 29.61 mPa · s to 51.96 mPa · s; the higher saline water salinity, the lower system viscosity, but once the salinity reaches 25 000 mg/L, the viscosity will be kept above 10 mPa · s; core displacement rate maintains at 0. 1-0. 8 cm/min, viscosity retention is no less than 75% ; and the displacement efficiencies of the core with permeability of 450×l0-3μm2 and 63.7×10-3 μm2 increase by 14.29% and 16.67% respectively compared with the water injection. Polymer micro gel flooding pilot has been implemented in 6 well groups of H2 district in HC, water adsorption thickness increases from 17.4 m to 19. 5 m, recoverable degree of water flooding increases from 66.2% to 67.4% , water injection pressure increases by 5. 1 Mpa, with 20 wells enhanced by polymer injection and total oil increment of 3 447 t. This study demonstrates that polymer micro gel flooding is an effective method to ameliorate the low permeability reservoir decline, and improve water injection profile and decrease the producer's water cut.
