环口板加固Y型方钢管节点在轴压作用下极限承载力的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of the Static Strength of Square Tubular Y-joints Reinforced with Collar Plate under Axial Compression
摘要
Abstract
To study the static strength of square tubular Y-joints reinforced with collar plate under axial compression, the finite element analysis is conducted. The parameters include; the brace-to-chord width ratio f}, the chord width-to-chord wall thickness ratio 2y, collar-plate to chord wall thickness ratio re, and collar-plate width to brace width ratio lv/dx. It is found that the ultimate bearing capacity of collar plate reinforced Y-joints comparing with that of the corresponding unreinforced Y-joints has a significant improvement. It can be suggested that the thickness of collar plate should not exceed 2. 5 times of the chord thickness, and the width of collar plate also should not exceed 3 times of the brace width for improving the bearing capacity efficiently关键词
