益气活血化痰法治疗重症医院获得性肺炎的研究进展
Research Progress of Using Method of Supplementing qi Promoting Blood Flow and Dissolving Phlegm in the Treatment of Severe Hospital Acquired Pnenmonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the latest research progress of using method of supplementing qi, promoting blood flow and dissolving phlegm in the treatment of severe hospital acquired pneumonia. Methods:The following aspects of severe hospital acquired pneumonia were discussed, such as the etiology and pathogenesis, Chinese medicine treatment and the action mechanism of the treatment method of supplementing qi,promoting blood flow and dissolving phlegm. Results:Hospital acquired pneumonia is a severe refractory disease and the current treatment is not yet satisfactory. Chinese medicine treatment showed some advantages in prolonging survival expectation and improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients. Conclusion;The method of supplementing qi,promoting blood flow and dissolving phlegm can help improve the immunity, inhibit the activity of inflammatory cytokines and interfere with remodeling of small airways and lung tissues,which can improve the clinical efficacy of severe hospital-acquired pneumonia.关键词
